The terms on this page provide additional information specifically related to services offered through Face Painter Bakersfield.

All bookings are also subject to the applicable KWB Entertainment, Inc. Event Services Terms & Conditions, booking agreement, proposal and any applicable service-specific addendum.

You can review the complete KWB Entertainment Event Services Terms & Conditions .

1. Booking & Event Information

Providing information through our inquiry form does not by itself reserve an event date. A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required booking documents, approvals and any required payment or retainer have been completed.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, including the event date, location, service times, estimated attendance and any information that may affect setup or performance of the service.

2. Face-Painting Setup

The client must provide reasonable access to the event location and an appropriate area where face-painting services can be safely performed.

A comfortable area for the artist, supplies and guest seating should be available. The exact setup may vary depending on the venue, guest count and event format.

3. Outdoor Events & Weather

Face painting may be provided outdoors when conditions are appropriate. A covered or shaded work area is strongly preferred to protect the artist, guests and supplies from direct sunlight and changing weather conditions.

Rain, excessive heat, high winds or other unsafe conditions may require changes to the setup or may prevent outdoor services from being performed.

Cancellation, rescheduling and force-majeure provisions are governed by the applicable KWB Entertainment booking agreement and Event Services Terms & Conditions.

4. Guest Participation

Face painting is voluntary. Children or other guests should never be pressured to participate if they are uncomfortable receiving face paint.

Very young children must be able to comfortably remain still while the artist works around their face.

The artist may decline or discontinue painting when doing so is reasonably necessary for the comfort or safety of the guest or artist.

5. Skin Conditions, Sensitivities & Allergies

Guests, parents or guardians should notify the artist before participation of any known skin sensitivities, allergies or other relevant concerns.

Face paint should not be applied over open cuts, sores, rashes, irritated skin or other areas where application would be inappropriate.

When there is uncertainty about whether face painting is appropriate for a particular guest, the guest may be asked to choose another activity or decline participation.

6. Number of Guests & Design Availability

The number of guests who can be painted during an event depends on several factors, including:

  • The length of the scheduled service period.
  • The complexity of the designs selected.
  • The number of guests waiting to participate.
  • The number of artists assigned to the event.

For larger events, quicker designs, additional service time or additional artists may be recommended.

Specific designs are not guaranteed. Available designs may be adjusted based on the event size, timing and participation level.

7. Custom Temporary Tattoos

Custom temporary tattoos are produced from artwork, logos or designs supplied or approved by the client. Standard custom tattoos are approximately 2" × 2" and require a 100-piece minimum order.

A digital or production proof must be approved before the order enters production.

Please allow a minimum of 12 days after final proof approval for production. Additional time should be allowed for artwork preparation, proofing, shipping and delivery.

Changes requested after proof approval may affect production time, availability and price.

By submitting logos, artwork, trademarks or other materials for reproduction, the client represents that they have permission or authority to use and reproduce those materials.

8. Additional Event Services

KWB Entertainment, Inc. offers additional event services that may be booked separately or added to the same event, including photo booths, casino events, DJ & MC services, equipment rentals and other event services.

When an additional service is booked, the terms and conditions or addendum applicable to that specific service also become part of the booking.

9. Booking Agreement Controls

These website terms are intended to explain several important service-specific requirements. Your individual proposal, booking agreement and incorporated KWB Entertainment terms will contain the complete contractual terms applicable to your event.

If there is a conflict between general informational language on this website and the terms contained in an executed booking agreement, the executed agreement and incorporated terms will control.
